Does anybody on here know what the offset for an 8 inch wide rim would be for my 2004 LT? im looking to get 18 inch rims and i dont know the offset, or style for that matter. any suggestions?

Check with online tire stores for rim choices that will fit, Discount Tire or Wheelt and Tire have a size chart when it comes to upsizing from fatory wheels. Usually factory offset is 35, 38, or 40 mm positive offset depending on the model.

Hey there....here are the specs for your malibu LT...years 2004 to 2007.....Bolt pattern 5x110 Hub dia 65.1 and the Offset is 42mm...Let me know if this helps you out......Dave..

That should work for your newer Malibu. A site like Discount Tire can verify fitment...

That is similar to what I'm running on my 99 - 18"x8" sized 115x5 bolt pattern with a 42mm offset. This brings the outer edge pretty close to the fender and also makes it tight on the strut side. Be carefull on tire sizing as you can easily go too wide or tall and start having rubbing issues. I'm also lowered on Eibachs, no problems...

Hey does anybody know if rims off of a 2000 dodge stratus will fit my 99 malibu ? there both 5 lug.. The rims from the stratus are 15 in rims. The specs from the stratus are bolt are 5x100 and the lug nut is 12mm x 1.5 please help if i can put these rims on my malibu it would be awsome

The rims from the stratus won't fit...the bolt pattern is different...here are the specs for your 1999 Malibu....compare it to the specs from the stratus and you will see the difference....

No sir, 5x115 for bu's the bolt pattern for stratus is 5x100

I think theres some universal thingy so it adjust the bolt pattern in your stratus check around forum i really forgot the name
